What would you do with an extra eight, sixteen, twenty-four, or more hours each day? Sound impossible? It's not...
If you're like most people in business, you struggle with the principles of time and task management. We have too many projects, too many opportunities (A.K.A., "shiny objects"), too many things to do, and no time.
This results in missed deadlines, orphaned projects, overlooked details, unrealized goals, and even a lack in profits.
Yes, the root reason why most entrepreneurs struggle to make the income they desire is a lack of right actions. They work on things that keep them busy instead of working on things that make them money!
To make matters worse, most of us are "spinning our wheels" doing tasks that are well out of our scope of knowledge... things we're we're not good at and just don't enjoy doing: administrative tasks, technical work, website building, graphics design, funnel creation, email list management, social media strategy, and more.
Doing these kinds of "out-of-scope" tasks leads to taking your eye off your craft, your genius, and your mission.
It's time to finally accept that you need help!
Fact: You are stealing profits from yourself by trying to do everything in your business on your own! You are probably NOT the right person for at least 80% of the jobs in your business, and doing them robs you of the time to do your most important, most income-generating tasks.
The key to stopping procrastination is to get other people do the work that you don't want to do. If it's not your genius, it's not your job. For every task you loathe in your business, there are people that are highly-trained and educated to do that task and love it!
Just imagine how much more effective (and profitable!) you'll be when you can spend 100% of your time doing what's important in your business...
Years ago when I was a solopreneur coach I ran into an acquaintance at a business event and she asked me what I had been working on.
I told her about my mission, which I was very proud of: "to transform the world one person at a time."
She gave me a sideways look and said, "Really? How big is your team?"
"Just me," I said, beaming with pride about how far I had "made it" on my own.
The next thing out of her mouth — just words — stung like a slap across the face.
She said, "That's kind of a dumb mission if you don't have a team."
Shocked, I stammered and scrambled for something to say.
While her intent was clearly to be cheeky and funny, when I asked her what she meant, it sunk in and hit home. When she asked if I, personally, would ever be able to work with every person in the world to transform the world one person at a time, I hung my head low and said, "No."
This confrontational, almost-embarrassing conversation, led me to the realization I had needed for years: any mission that isn't bigger than me isn't really a mission at all. Just a task.
Since that time, I joined forces with Kayla Stevenson (now my business partner in addition to my wife) and she has expertly grown the team to over 20 amazing souls who have helped us expand our reach and our profit to more than 20x what it was back then.
There may be no "I" in the word "team," but with the right systems and processes for hiring you can find freedom and wealth in your "team," and Kayla can show you how.
You can hire outsourced team members from overseas who are highly-educated, highly-motivated, and eager to do your work for you for a fraction of what the same employee would cost you domestically
This could be the big break that you've been waiting for...
Rome wasn't built in a day! You definitely don't need to start with an entire team (although we hope you create so much success that you need one!)
Many people start with only one, and some people even start with part-time work... just 10 or 20 hours per week! We will give you all the details in the training.
This is a common misconception and a fallacy that, unfortunately, prevents most solopreneurs from building a team and keeps them playing small.
Because of principles such as difference of economy and currency exchange rates, the amount you pay in US dollars -- which seems low to you -- is actually a great living wage to people in other countries. While a loaf of bread in the US runs about $1.60, that same loaf of bread in the Philippines runs P38, or just $0.68. While rent in the US might be $1,295, in the Philippines, it is P15,000, or just $295.
Further, since services like higher education, public transportation, and most medical in the Philippines are free, what you pay them goes further than it would for a domestic working paying for college loans, an expensive car with insurance, and the rising costs of medical insurance.
Add to that the fact that many Filipino families share a home and, therefore, share expenses, and you can see where this is going. Paying what is a very low, affordable rate to you, is actually a great salary to someone living in another country. These are smart, educated people living in very densely-populated areas with few local jobs. So without companies willing to outsource work to their country, they would be left desolate. Instead, they get to thrive doing work for a company abroad.
Outsourcing, if done with integrity and heart, is very ethical!
And in our experience, often people in other cultures are better educated, less entitled, and more grateful for their positions than low-wage-earning alternatives domestically.
While we do talk a lot about hiring in the Philippines, these methods can be used to hire in any outsourced location (India, Ireland, Lithuania, etc.), even for hiring employees and contractors domestically!
